With your explicit consent, we become your authorised representative under UK GDPR Article 15(1)(h). Companies are legally required to provide us with the logic of any automated decision they made about you — exactly as if you asked yourself, but without the paperwork.
You can type the name of any company, even if it's not in our list. We'll send a request to that company on your behalf. If you're unsure, you can also use our directory to scan 500+ major companies at once.
No. We equip you with a clear, story‑driven report. You can then use it to appeal directly, raise awareness, or simply improve your profile for next time.
It's a plain‑English guide that decodes each algorithm's decision. For example: "Lower your debt‑to‑income ratio below 40%, reduce recent credit searches to ≤2, and wait 5 months. Then reapply."
For the free service, we use your email and basic information provided. However, some companies may require additional ID — we'll guide you through that if needed, but most accept our agent authorisation.
