We send legally valid requests to companies you select, receive their responses, and produce a plain‑English improvement report. We do not provide legal advice, file appeals, or guarantee any particular outcome.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and truthful information in the request form.
• You confirm that you are the data subject, or that you have the legal authority to act on behalf of the data subject.
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose, including harassment or making fraudulent requests.
• You are responsible for keeping a copy of the improvement report and any documents we provide.

4. Limitation of liability

DecodedAlgorithms provides the service on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that a company will respond within the legal timeframe, or that the information disclosed will be complete or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service.

5. Intellectual property

The improvement reports we produce are our intellectual property. You may use them for your personal purposes but may not reproduce, sell, or distribute them without our permission.

6. Free and paid services

The basic improvement‑report service is free. We may offer additional paid services (such as instant analysis) in the future. Payment terms for such services will be displayed on the website before purchase.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably suspect misuse. You may stop using the service at any time.
